Clinical Pharmacology Specialist - Manager

Clinical Pharmacology Department

Job Responsibilities:


  • 1. Collect, summarize and analyze preclinical and clinical literature per project requirements;
  • 2. Support drafting of clinical pharmacology sections for IND/NDA submission dossiers;
  • 3. Assist in early clinical trial protocol design and clinical study report writing;
  • 4. Support scientific communication with clinical and regulatory experts, providing scientific rationale and regulatory support for clinical study design;
  • 5. Support client communication and training on clinical pharmacology-related topics.

Job Requirements:


  • 1. Academic background in DMPK, biology, pharmacy or clinical research;
  • 2. Familiar with GCP requirements and project management procedures;
  • 3. Prior experience with PK/PD software including B²O Simulator, Simcyp, GastroPlus, NONMEM, Matlab, R, Phoenix WinNonlin/NLME is preferred;
  • 4. Strong capability in literature review, information retrieval and data integration;
  • 5. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • 6. Strong work ethic, effective communication skills and teamwork awareness;
  • 7. Resilient, quick-thinking, and able to adapt to changes and work under pressure.

Work Location: Shanghai
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Master degree preferred)
Majors: Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Biomedical and related disciplines; candidates with strong interest & learning ability in clinical pharmacology are preferred

Quantitative Pharmacology Specialist - Manager

Modeling & Simulation Department

Job Responsibilities:


  • 1. Support clinical pharmacology evaluation of innovative drugs; perform PK/PD data analysis and conduct PK/PD & population PK (PopPK) studies using quantitative pharmacology software;
  • 2. Participate in PK/PD study design for new drug candidates to ensure the scientific validity and feasibility of clinical trials;
  • 3. Support drafting of quantitative pharmacology sections for IND/NDA submission dossiers;
  • 4. Support communication with clinical and regulatory experts, providing scientific rationale and regulatory support for clinical study design;
  • 5. Coordinate cross-functional issues related to drug safety, efficacy and drug metabolism.
